I got this through the King Arthur Baking site - they no longer carry it - possibly for good reason. The non-stick coating flaked off into the braided pulla I baked. Other than this huge problem, the pan is the perfect shape for what I wanted (simple straight sides, fairly wide center opening) for monkey breads.

Great for baking Coffee Cakes.

The pan you didn’t know you needed. I was looking for a specific pan to bake coffee cakes. In researching cake pans if you use the correct cake pan it makes the cake come out better. I was using a bunt pan to make coffee cakes. When I found a coffee cake pan which I didn’t even know existed, it made a world of difference in how my coffee cakes came out. It was the right texture and height.

I like it's large size and tall sides, making it versatile for many uses. It releases the baked good easily and cleans up easily. It's just the right weight, not too lightweight nor too heavy.
