Delightful, but very poor craftsmanship

I got this and the vampire nutcracker from Northlight. I absolutely love the concept, which is why I bought them, but the craftsmanship is really poor. There are visible globs of hot glue and hot glue string in different places on them and they don't feel very sturdy. Will have to be extremely careful with storage. That being said, I am not returning them because I do love them, but they are absolutely not worth $30. I got them a bit discounted but not enough.
