These are beautiful. I've been searching for stocking hangers since last year, and I kept finding ones I loved for over $100. It was ridiculous to me to pay that, but I found these and fell in love. I figured these would be something we used forever and maybe passed down. Boy was I wrong.. they're pretty narrow on the base, so they're only hanging onto the mantle or whatever you use by about 2 inches, making them super vulnerable to falling off the ledge. My little girl barely touched the train, it fell, and it shattered. For the price of these, I figured they'd atleast be a little tough or not so easily able to tip over with the slightest pressure. I'd recommend anybody who buys to have money to replace them or atleast put velcro strips on the bottom of them to give them some hold.
