I took a picture to show it's texture and see how much crystallized sugar is in that 1 pineapple ring. I mean, if you like pineapples EXTRA sweet, you might like it, but for me, it was just wayy too sweet. Wish they could've just not included the extra sugar.

I expect pineapples to be sweet and a little tangy, with the classic pineapple flavor associated. These Pineapple Rings were definitely sweet, but could not distinguish the tangy, pineapple flavor. It was likely lost in the dehydration process. I did like that there are only two ingredients in the product (pineapple and cane sugar) and how easy it is to just throw in your bag for a snack on-the-go. I was given this product in exchange for my honest review.

Keep in mind you do need to refrigerate after opening before purchasing this product. The pineapple tasted a little bland and had little to no sugar. I will find a way to incorporate these into a cake or cookies

They have a really natural taste, not overly sweet, not tough to chew, just that real pineapple flavor that actually feels fresh. Plus, way less sugar than most dried fruits I’ve tried. Even my husband ended up loving them because of how real they taste. They’ve been perfect to take on the go, and we even had them before workouts or runs to give us some clean, natural fuel (plus a little bonus with the bromelain for digestion!). Definitely a new staple for us!
