This is a perfect mix: lots of crunchy nuts, sweet raisins, and savory pumpkin seeds. The best part is that there's basically an even distribution of everything. Also, they didn't skimp on anything - these are full-size nuts, not just nut pieces. I'm always looking for ways to increase my iron intake and this is by far the most delicious way to do it! So happy I tried this!

You can either get only 1 type of nuts, or any mixed nuts product has either been processed or fried or both with lots of sugar and salt added. This one comes in a convenient resealable bag and includes a combination of some o my favs like cashews and walnuts. The raisins give it a hint of sweetness. I love having it as a snack next to me when I am working, and it prevents me from reaching for the unhealthy stuff as this keeps me feeling full.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently tried these Now Foods Raw Nuts Mix and I have to say the taste was out of this world. They were so fresh and had a great nutty flavor. The fact they are all natural and had no salt on them was a major plus. They went well with everything from cereal to yogurt and even just to snack on alone. After trying these I will not be switching to anything else. These will now be a staple in my pantry.

This is a great alternative to reach for instead of chips or other unhealthy snacks. Again, I’m just not the biggest fan of nuts but it is good.
