Nuloom Colorado Wool Area Rug, 4' x 6', Blue

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had 100% wool rugs before, so I'm familiar with the process of shedding. however, I'd say this rug looks a bit cheaper than I'd expected for the price, and my cat has been able to pull out strands of yarn VERY easily - much more easily than my older rug that we eventually had to throw out after 10 years. Overall, I'm happy with the rug (hence the 4/5 stars) but it looks just a little cheaper and seems to be easier to damage than I was expecting.

The shag or whatever it is called keeps lifting and it looks terrible. I will never order from this company ever again. Lots of money much vacuuming.... Looks terrible until I vacuum. Ugh

rug and pad had been wet at some point the products were unfit to place inside my home and have been disposed of

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had this rug for a couple weeks now and vacuum it at least twice a day and it fills up my vacuum dust bin every single time in a matter of minutes. I do like it esthetically, but it’s a mess.

Feels really nice under foot - however dark blue not as dark and lights blues have a bit of a green tone vs what we expected - you can see actual vs the generated image.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this rug. It is plush, comfortable and just as it looks in photos.This is the second rug. When my original rug arrived, I saw even before opening and unrolling it that the outer plastic wrapping was ripped open about 7-8 inches, and the rip went all the way to the rolled rug inside. It was unusable. I immediately took photos of it and emailed customer care. They were outstanding. They arranged for a replacement at once, and directed me in how to dispose of the original rug. They were even available by phone to walk me through some questions I had. I cannot say enough how surprised and delighted I was by their response. I highly recommend.
