I love the colors and style of this rug, but the way it’s constructed has not at all withstood normal use in my living room. I was hopeful that Emily Henderson would design a rug that is both beautiful and functional, yet the way it’s woven leaves long strands of yarn that pull up very easily along the entire length and width of this rug. Not dog or child friendly, unfortunately.

The threads come loose
First off, I have to say that I'm a big fan of Emily Henderson and I think her rugs are beautiful. Unfortunately this rug has not held up after a year of use. The threads started to come loose very early on and now the rug looks very sloppy and disheveled. I was even very cautious every time I vacuumed the rug - careful to use the right attachment and vacuum with the "grain". It's really disappointing because it only looked nice for maybe two months before it really started to show signs of wear. Still love Emily regardless!

Love Hate
We love the look of the rug but the pattern is created with long horizontal stitches the lay on the top of the rug that pull and break every time our Roomba vacuums. Vacuum is always completely filled with the rug fibers, too. Very disappointed the rug is coming apart with just normal residential use and cleaning.

Doesn’t hold up
I love the way this rug looks, but the quality just hasn’t held up in my home. There are multiple threads that have pulled, and it makes it look messy and cheap (which it isn’t!) Disappointed by the quality especially since it’s labeled pet friendly and high traffic, I was expecting better.
