    Really love this rug, so soft underfoot and pretty. But buyer beware the tasseled ends are glued on trim which comes unglued and the ends of the rug are not finished causing the rug to fray if you don't take care to reattach the trim. I had to duck tape the entire length of the fringed sections, as hot gluing it didn't stay attached to the rubber backing. Also, it does pull loose threads if you have dogs that like to wrestle on the rug. I would buy again but not use where pets play!

It looks like tge person who put it in the plastic, dragged it across the floor, then proceeded to wrap it in plastic then send it to me, who wants a dirty rug ! Even tho its on the bottom, it certainly didn't want it dirty. No stars for the processing department ,very dissatisfied with this purchase
