Q: Details state sand or water required to stabilize. Do I need to purchase an additional base to hold the sand or water?

A: Yes, we would suggest purchasing an additional base to put around the base to stabilize it. There are some instances the strong wind will move the umbrella from its location. To prevent it you need to put something heavier on the umbrella base so it will not move easily. Let us know for further help. Have a great day!

Broken & Doesn't Stand Correctly

I ordered this last year, opened it up about a couple months later (waiting on patio to be completed) and as soon as I opened it noticed the top of the umbrella was broken and also realized the umbrella does not stand on its own, even when placing a heavy item on top of the base (weight is not distributed correctly). I wasn’t able to return it at the time because of the no returns Covid restrictions. Now stuck with this broken umbrella.
