Ogden Nightstand Dark Brown - Threshold™ designed with Studio McGee

The table would be absolutely beautiful if it actually fit together correctly and not have any super noticeable defects in the design. I bought two, neither of which the drawer fits properly, one the sides don’t line up, and the other has a weird green mark. I’m so frustrated because as I said, they have the potential to be beautiful, and I spent the time putting them together.

Holes were misdrilled so it looks awful. Too much of a pain to try to return. Very, very poorly made. So disappointed! Do not buy this.

It requires complete assembly. Unfortunately some pieces are very thin and tear during assembly. Also one of the drawers was defective. Screws would not stay in it. I couldn’t figure out how to have Target just sent me a replacement drawer so the only option is to return.

I ordered 2 of these the day they were released and the cost was $380 each. After I purchased, the price immediately dropped to $200 each. I would like the difference ($360 +tax) refunded to my original form of payment. The item was NOT of good quality as there were SEVERAL scuffs, stains, dents, and dark gunk on both pieces. Additionally, they both had one piece (the same piece on both) in which the holes did not line up and it was VERY difficult to get them to connect, and are still very noticeably crooked. The drawer on both is not centered. They glide in flush on the left side, but have about a half inch gap on the right side on both pieces. Not worth $380, MAYBE $200 if you aren't overly concerned about quality. Very disappointed as I typically love Studio McGee products, and very disappointed in the price-gouging of having to pay almost double for what it actually costs. It took so much effort to put them together given the misalignment of multiple pieces, and I'm very handy and build my own shelving and furniture quite often. Giving it 2 stars because in low light and from a distance they look very nice . . . too bad they aren't.

Nice nightstand for our guest room. I own other Ogden pieces from Threshold/Studio McGee and like them all. Gave one star less due to assembly and the original price. Very ikea-like. The nightstand comes in 11 pieces and requires full assembly. Instructions say not to use a drill but I am honestly not sure you could assemble this without one. Also, when I first ordered this, it was $380! Before it was even delivered, the price was $200. Thankfully Target adjusted the price quickly for me. Overall, I’m happy with the purchase.
