Smells amazing
The smell is amazing, it can get the hair oily way too quickly if not used sparingly, I suggest starting off first with a few drops and work your way into the hair to desired extent. I usually double wash, I don’t notice any build up and generally leaves my hair smooth and protects from harsh water while showerin, does not strip off my hair. The bottle is a decent size and lasts a while even when used casually.

The new formula is not good.
I like the old formula. The new formula is overly drying to my hair, smells bad, and has left my scalp feeling sooooo dry and irritated. I'm sad that I have to go searching for a new shampoo that I like now.

This is the first shampoo that has ever caused my scalp and face to become irritated with a burning sensation. I’ve tried it on three different occasions and all resulted in the same sensation - had to rinse out immediately. Additionally, a very bad acrid smell is associated with this shampoo. Throwing out.
