I like this Oikos Greek yogurt (this one being triple zero). Love the strawberry 🍓 flavor! It is very good taste wise and has zero artificial flavor and zero sugar (great when on a non sugar diet) made with stevia. This is a tasty snack that comes in a decent single serving , easy to use plastic container sealed with an easy to remove foil lid, for at home or on the go use. It's a healthy alternative to other high sugar "snacks" or junk food; it helps fill you up when you're having cravings and is also packed with protein. This Greek yogurt is a nice consistency. It's not as thin as a yoplait yogurt but not as tart or as near as thick as other Greek yogurt brands; it's smooth. It also helps with the strawberry flavor. You can add whip cream or granola, any topping you like to really make a hearty, filling healthy option of snack or meal replacement. Easily digestible, doesn't upset your stomach whole milk is tougher to digest than this, and it's again sugar free, no artificial flavor, extra protien and Easily customizable or great on it's own.

Just open and eat, it doesn’t take up any longer. The consistency is thick Greek type, zero watered and has no lumps. Excellent quality 15g of protein, 0 added sugar and the cherry flavor is natural, it does not taste chemical. Design of the practical to take always take. In value, for $1.50 -$2 USD is fine for what it contributes. It fills me up and it’s not heavy for me.

These are the best yogurts! Especially when making a high protein breakdown yogurt! 10/10!!! They are sweet and 0 sugar it’s hard to believe! They smell amazing and the packing is perfect size for quick snack as well and it’s sturdy enough to go right into my lunch box.
