I’ve tried a lot of yogurts, and this one is easily one of my favorite. The flavors are honestly what make it stand out. This is a great brand and even better flavored yogurt. I love that there is 15G of protein and the cup leaves room to add in your own toppings. I preferably love the vanilla with granola and raspberries.

A big stevia bomb
From the first spoon I was completely overwhelmed by stevia. There are no artificial sweeteners but stevia has a flavor that tastes exactly like artificial sweeteners. You can't even taste the vanilla. This would be so much better without the stevia.

I cannot stress how much I love this yogurt. As a type one diabetic, it’s important for me to incorporate lower sugar, protein snacks throughout my day and this one is one of my favorites!
