This is one of my favorite yogurts. The texture is very good, and the protein keeps you full for a while. Sometimes I eat it alone, other times I add berries or granola. It’s a convenient snack or breakfast addition.

The texture is a bit watery while being yogurty enough. Taste is bland but the protein makes it worth it. Perfect for breakfast and best for those trying to achieve their protein goals

I absolutely love Oikos Vanilla with Protein! They taste so good and make it easy to stay on track with my goals. I love this vanilla tripple zero protein yogurt! It has no icky ingredients and still tastes amazing. It’s easy to mix into smoothies and mix in fruits and honey! It contains 15 grams of protein which makes it easy to fill up on! Very easy way to incorporate into your daily routine!

Tastes like starch, not yogurt. Taking out the fat isn't going to make you thinner or healthier. It just makes your food taste like ...bad. Also, most people don't need copious amounts of protein. Also,stevia is gross.

Good alternative to sugar laden yogurts. However, I wish that price per ounce was more consistent. Cost is approximately $0.16/oz for the 32oz tub vs $0.22/oz for the 4 pack of 5.3oz cups. We have been conditioned to pay more for less - due to reasons such as convenience of individually packaged single servings.

I never liked the thought of eating yogurt until my trainer suggested Oikos vanilla. I add in a scoop of protein powder, granola and an assortment of nuts. I don’t start my day with anything else. All it takes is for the right person to suggest a product to have a customer for life.
