Great for diet
This is a great yogurt without blowing your diet. Only 90 calories and 5g of sugar thanks to the stevia sweetener. Each cup is packed with 15g of protein. It is watery on top when you first open it but a quick stir transforms it into a nice thick, creamy texture. The strawberry flavor is refreshing with no weird aftertaste.

I love the strawberry flavor. It is thicker that regular yogurt. I love the Greek because it’s a great source of protein. It does fill me up. I don’t notice any aftertaste. I really like to have this as a snack or for breakfast.

I’ve tried a lot of yogurts, and this one is easily one of my favorite. The flavors are honestly what make it stand out. The vanilla is smooth and not too sweet, strawberry tastes fresh, and mixed berry has a really nice balance without being overpowering. On top of that, it’s such a quick and easy way to get protein in during the day. Whether it’s breakfast or just a quick snack, it keeps me full and feeling good without any guilt. Definitely something I keep stocked up regularly!

3 stars for 15 grams of protein, zero grams of sugar, zero artificial sweeteners, and zero grams of fat. But the taste is very bland. It has very little berry taste. Best eaten with added fruit, or in a smoothie.

I love the Oikos Triple Zero yogurt for a quick and easy breakfast. It’s such an easy way to get protein without a ton of extra sugar or calories. I don’t love eating a big meal in the mornings, so this yogurt is the perfect breakfast. The texture is much better than many other Greek yogurts I’ve had in the past, and the flavor is amazing!

Always a go to for me! Love adding some granola or mixed berries for a little extra 💕 I especially love to freeze them for a froyo hack. All in all my absolute fav treat!

All time favorite
I love this yogurt so much I have it everyday. The flavor is so good and doesn’t taste like fake strawberries. I also love most of the other flavors too in this product. It’s a good amount a yogurt for a snack and the macros are very good. Same with the ingredients.
