Q: I bought this soap Dispenser and I love it. I did not expect the pump to rust inside. It was only used for hand soap in the bathroom. Is it not rust proof? Im struggling to buy a new one to replace it with.
A: Did you ever find a replacement pump? Mine has gone bad and I'm having trouble finding even a plain pump that fits.

submitted byzminmaryland - 4 years agoA: I have several of these and I've not had any problems with rust. I've bought others where I have a problem with this green stuff that forms around the edges of the cap. I don't have that problem with this soap dispenser. These are awesome!

Q: My pump has gone bad. Does anyone know the specific size that it is so I can order a replacement? The 33-400 one I ordered and thought would fit doesn't. Hate throwing such a nice container :(
A: I have the same problem. All of my pumps have rust and and the tip has no paint any more. I'd like to replace the pumps but there's no information about them in the description.

Q: Is the dispenser top made from Stainless Steel?
A: No it is plastic. It is painted a chrome silver and looks good.

Q: Is the top gold or silver
A: The top is silver, and I’ve had a few of these for several years. Most of the review complaints are for the tops. Just know that you may need to clear the pump top once in a while by taking it off, submerging it in water, and pumping it until it runs clear before putting it back on. It works great but needs a bit of maintenance here and there.

Q: I have same problem Pumps clog up and do not pump soap. Not sure its rust but either need a way to clean it or a way to order replacement tops. Bottle is fine would rather not re-buy the entire prod.

Q: Can these dispense foam soap?
