Olaplex No. 5 Bond Maintenance Conditioner, Strengthening Bond Care Hair Conditioner, 3.3 oz

I purchased the Olaplex No. 4 Bond Maintenance Shampoo (33.8 oz) through Target's website, but it was sold and shipped by Beacon Beauty Center. Unfortunately, I'm convinced the product I received is counterfeit. The shampoo's consistency, scent, and performance were noticeably different from authentic Olaplex products I've used before. What made the experience even more frustrating was learning that this third-party seller has a much shorter return window than Target's standard return policy. I assumed my purchase would be covered by Target's usual return policy since I bought it on Target.com, but that was not the case. When I contacted Target customer service via chat for help, the agent refused my return request and ended the chat while I was still typing my response. That was extremely disappointing and left me feeling like my concerns weren't taken seriously. I expect better quality control for products sold through Target's website and better support when customers receive products they believe are not authentic. I would not purchase this item from this third-party seller again.
