Smells like cheap men’s cologne and it doesn’t lather. Also made my next day here super greasy.

This product, along with the shampoo and mask, have transformed my hair. I have type 1b/1c hair, and it requires a lot of moisture. This conditioner adds the right amount of moisture to my hair without weighing it down or making it greasy. My hair is so soft and bouncy after I use this line. I highly recommend to anyone with fine hair that needs moisture.

This is not moisturizing at all! It left my hair so greasy I could literally wipe the grease off my hair with my hand and I only used a tiny bit as my hair is thin. The only good thing about this product is the smell and even that is pretty basic anyways. My hair was left greasy yet dry and tangly. I would not recommend this product or brand tbh except for the clarifying shampoo as I haven’t had problems with that. If you love having pillow soft hair get something else.
Def recommend ✨

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product was gifted by Influenster in exchange of my honest review✨ I really loved this conditioner🦋My hair felt softer and more manageable after. It was pretty thick so you dont need to use a lot. And the bottle was cute, but a bit shorter than others. For its price and benefits I would use it again.
wanted to love it :/

I normally so not write reviews but I had to after seeing post about these products making customers loose their hair. I am in fact one of those customers. Do not buy these products. I had thick beautiful hair and now after using this product for a couple of months my hair is thin!

Never really write reviews but this line from Kristen ess is overly saturated with paid reviews. I was looking for something hydrating but also something to really clean my scalp & hair from product buildup. This pair didn’t do either of those two things. Shampoo is thin I ended up having to wash 3x to get my scalp feeling semi clean, conditioner claims to detangle & hydrate but I had to work thru so many knots in my hair even with letting it sit for a few mins as directed. Instead of detangling I actually ended up losing a pretty big chunk of hair. Do not waste your money on this if you love your hair & want moisture.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice pretty bottles that look nice in shower thick and rich and hydrating on hair that doesn’t weigh it down. Smells nice and fresh. Good value for a hair care from the drug store. It doesn’t weigh hair down and it untangles
Love it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] **Kristin Ess Softening Conditioner Review** I've been using the Kristin Ess Softening Conditioner for a while now, and it has made a noticeable difference in the look and feel of my hair. Here's my detailed take on this product: **Performance:** This conditioner excels in delivering softness and manageability to my hair. After each use, my hair feels incredibly smooth and silky. It effectively detangles and reduces frizz, making my hair easier to comb through and style. The softening effect is apparent from the first use and only improves with continued application. **Moisturizing:** The conditioner provides excellent hydration without weighing my hair down. My hair feels nourished and looks healthy, with a natural bounce and shine. It works well for my slightly dry hair, restoring moisture and preventing the ends from feeling dry or brittle. **Scent:** The fragrance of this conditioner is light and pleasant, similar to other Kristin Ess products. It leaves a subtle, fresh scent in my hair that isn’t overpowering. The scent lasts for a while, contributing to an overall fresh and clean feeling. **Ingredients:** Kristin Ess products are known for their quality ingredients, and this conditioner is no exception. It’s free from sulfates and parabens, which is important for maintaining the health of my hair. Additionally, it’s cruelty-free, which aligns with my preference for ethical beauty products. **Packaging:** The packaging is sleek and practical. The bottle is easy to handle in the shower, and the flip-top cap allows for convenient dispensing of the product. The minimalist design also looks stylish in my bathroom. **Overall Experience:** My overall experience with the Kristin Ess Softening Conditioner has been very positive. It provides deep conditioning and noticeable softness without any heaviness or residue. My hair feels healthier, more manageable, and looks beautifully shiny. I highly recommend this conditioner for anyone looking to enhance the softness and manageability of their hair. It’s especially beneficial for those with dry or frizzy hair, but its lightweight formula makes it suitable for all hair types. It’s a fantastic addition to any haircare routine, delivering salon-quality results at home.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The conditioner smells really clean and you don't need to use a lot at all. It did not weigh my hair down and air dries nicely. The packaging is sleek and I love the green color.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having not used Kristin Ess products previously, I was going into this blind. The packaging was decently appealing. Upon holding the bottle and handling it had a bit of weight to it which usually makes me feel better because for whatever reason if a product is very light it can also feel cheap. Sad to say the only result that this conditioner left me with was a head full of greasy and oily hair. I did not apply the formula anywhere near my scalp, only to the ends of my hair. Which disappointed me very much because how did it make all of my hair so gross…? Don’t waste your money!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Okay so first things first, the packaging looked chic and eye catching! But it was downhill from there. The scent was okay, it didn't stink and it wasn't AH-MAZING, but it was very thin consistency and I had to use an ungodly amount just to feel like it got all my hair, it definitely didn't change the softness of my hair and if anything made it feel a bit on the dry side.
