Target: Please never stop carrying this! I don’t use white sugar so I have been using this for my baked goods for many years. Depending on the desired level of sweetness I will add more than the recipe calls for if the recipe calls for white sugar…like 2 tablespoons extra for every cup of coconut sugar. The price is amazing for what it is and I have never had an issue with quality. The lower glycemic index is my motivation for using it as a sweetener when others, like applesauce, just won’t cut it.

Mind the ant bits
It has decent taste which i enjoy in my coffee as a sugar alternative. Unfortunately, like many other brands I've tried, there's always ant bits that float up (moat noticeable if you add milk to your drink. This seems to be quality control issue where it's sourced. Hope this improves bc insects are not my choice of protein!
