They’re the perfect size and so easy to travel with! A lot of them come in a bottle so I think it’s a great value too! I definitely recommend trying them and as always- consult your doctor before starting any new supplements!
I liked the black pepper included for high absorption for getting the most benefits.

It was important to me that the black pepper was included for absorption. Even though the pills are bigger and the serving size is 3 pills, it wasn’t hard to take. I enjoyed trying these.

I liked the fact that it is organic, and that it is a vegan-friendly, gluten-free, non-GMO dietary supplement. (The label says that there are no color additives, nor binders, nor preservatives.). The capsules were easy for me to swallow. Overall, I liked knowing that I was taking a higher quality product, suitable for special dietary needs, and without the non-value added extras - just plain and simple organic ingredients. Suggested use is clearly marked.

Like I don't quite have a headache but it's a slightly disoriented feeling that you get right before, with a bit of tension in my temples.

The ingredients were great and didn't leave a taste in my mouth. I would definitely recommend this product to all of my family and friends. A must have.

Perhaps you need to be taking them for a longer time to feel affects but I personally didn’t notice a huge difference in my memory and focus in these two weeks. One thing I will state is I stopped drinking coffee a month ago and while taking these I didn’t feel like I needed the caffeine so perhaps they were working better than I realize but it’s a tough thing to recognize or measure for yourself. There is zero taste which I personally like, though you do have to take 3 pills per time which I find to be a lot, personally. Packaging is easy, though no child lock which I usually wish there was one as I have two young kids. Ingredients are clean which I love so even though I don’t feel a huge difference yet I’ll probably keep trying them since it’s just adding good things into my body without any harmful ones.
