Otter + Pop Defender (77-62576) Case for Apple iPhone 11 Pro - Howler Gray

Very substantial phone case. It is applied in two parts and feels like it could protect my iPhone from any trauma. The rim is raised enough to prevent the screen from being hit if you drop it. There is a flap that covers the charging port and keeps it much cleaner than my last case.

I’ve always been a fan of otter boxes, even had one all the way back to my iPod touch 4th gen when those first came out. But after the other day, I know for sure why I choose Otterbox. I was getting my kids’ stroller out of the trunk and had sat my keys and phone down on a flat spot where the trunk comes down. After getting his stroller out I forgot about my phone and keys and went to shut the trunk, I tried shutting it twice unsure of why it wasn’t closing so I slammed it down the 3rd time… then I saw the corner of my phone sticking out. I immediately scrambled to open up my trunk and was so thankful to see my phone unharmed. It would be a 5-star review but like many others, the pop socket part struggles to stay where I put it while trying to prop it up or just puts the phone at a weird angle. Thank you for providing such great protection Otterbox.

I have never broken a phone with an Otter Box! Love how sturdy it is and can maintain a good grip on this case. And….it’s purple! Good investment.

My mom loves that she can keep her Pop Socket and I love that the case keeps her phone from being dropped! Win win!

This is second defender otterbox I have purchased over the years...my Apple iPhone is protected from drops,etc.

I’ve dropped more than one iPhone, and only once out of about six drops have I sustained any damage. Essential.

I have had my case for about 10 days now and ever since I have had it, the pop top comes off without having to push it in. The pop top just comes off in my pockets and when I am using it. The main reason why I wanted this phone case was because of the pop socket. I’m afraid I will loss the pop top. I have used otter boxes since 2011, they have not failed me, but this product made me a little sad.

I bought a month ago it is a great purchase as usual. All my phones have had OTTER BOX covers

I have used Otter products in the past and they have exceeded my expectations every time. One thing I would change or add is instructions for installation. I purchased one for me and my wife for our new phones and I went immediately to search YouTube for installation instructions while my wife was shaking the box for paper instructions. She felt strongly instructions should be included regardless of the availability of a Youtube tutorial. Great product!

love the case and glass for the screen. fits perfect all controls and voice easily heard. one suggestion would be put a big red note in asking people to watch video on how to install. luckily I had a friend that told me to do that. you had nothing in the case to tell us that. you will break your phone trying to get it in the case if you don't watch video

I have always used Otterbox products to protect my phones. This one with the addition of the pop socket is great. Keeps a better grip on my phone.

Not having used a pop socket before, I was a little unsure of getting the otter box with pop socket...I am so glad I did! I love it! Otter box always keeps my phone safe, which is great since I tend to drop it so much.

I bought this for my husband and had to look up the instructions on how to install the phone into the box. There was absolutely no instructions included. I have one for my phone, and tried the same method, and almost ruined the phone and the box trying to jam the phone into the inflexible otter box. I will never buy again if you don't respond back that you are including instructions for future models. Thank god for youtube or else you would be replacing a phone or another box.

It falls over when you place the phone on its side on the socket to watch a video as if the - socket is not center on the back of the case - boo! I want a replacement if mine defective

Hi. I could get it on my phone easily and now I can’t get it off. And it doesn’t wireless the charge well and has been frustrating.

The case is great except for one minor detail. Most phones are now wireless chargeable, but this case does not allow you to do so

It’s what I expected. Solid construction. A bit tight to get the phone in. Snug fit.
