OtterBox Defender Pro XT MagSafe Case for iPhone 13 Pro Max & 12 Pro Max - Black

Would not charge with almost any of the wireless chargers I own, OtterBox included

Product works as designed, however I will not buy another case with only options of clear or black. I had to replace the bright orange case for an iPhone 13 Pro Max. This isn't a complaint as the product survived substantial abuse. Since switching cases, I have had to repeatedly search for my phone in the black case. I've put neon colored tape on the case, but the black case is still too hard to locate in a hurry such as dim surroundings or the bottom of my handbag. Please bring back the orange option.

tough case have dropped my phone serval different times.

The back of the case has a bezel around the camera array the does not allow the phone to site flat or make good contact with wireless chargers

Otterbox is a good brand. Unfortunately it will be returned because it is a slippery case.

Excellent protection. Have already dropped several times with no damage. Even the screen protector was not cracked. On previous cases the screen protector would always crack after drops. Buying another one now for my sons new iPhone.

Alittle thinner than expected but good quality and defends phone well

its a bit tight on my phone but protective cover is excellent

I like it well because it doesn’t slide,like my Clear case did!

The case is rugged and protects my phone well. I also like how it can be charged with MAG.

Can’t even get it on. Never again never again never again I hate Otterbox so much

I like it but I don’t like that doesn’t work with the belt clip

Bought this less than 4 months ago and the charging port cover tore off. The cover is the weak link with this case. Not to mention that the case doesn’t feel as durable as the original. Only reason I bought it is because I have a wireless magnetic charger for my car. If the original defender in its original state was mag safe I’d be over joyed but not so much with this new one.

I have had Otter defender cases on my iPhones for the last several years on several different model phones and they have always performed well this is the first one I have purchased that has magsafe and had problems with it clipping in the holster properly from the get go, I called Otter told them what the problem was and they sent me another holster and case which have the exact same problem it doesn't mount properly or securely however I toughed it out and almost made it a year before the case indentation that holds it in to the holster failed so had to buy another one, I like the magsafe option but I like the old defender case better because it worked and for that price was surprised they don't come with a holster any more.

Great case, but doesn’t fit the best when viewing screen using belt clip in kickstand mode. Camera lenses stick out too far. That’s the problem. Maybe redesign the belt clip holster with a recess to make more room for the camera lenses when used like this.

Slimmer than preview OB cases, still does the job.

Good fit, raised edges to protect screen and camera.

Smaller size fits the clip I have, the old case was too big for the clip, very satisfied. Also, the smaller size allows charging with out having to use the plug in method.

The feel on the outside was uncomfortable, the bottom piece which covers the charging port broke off one week after purchase and the process of installing was uncomfortable with no explanation.

Great case. I was looking for a case that wasn’t slick. I need one that won’t slide around so easily.
