OtterBox SYMMETRY SERIES case for Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra - Don't Even Chai (77-91162)

My first cover has taken a beating over the last year and a half. My phone has hit the ground way too many times. The only reason I am replacing it is because it is way to dirty.

Welp it happened. Dropped my phone 3 ft maybe and the corner screen of my phone is cracked. I bought otter box to protect it. Disappointed now I have to go though the claims process. Didn't even make it a year

Stuff gets in case easily. Would've given 5 stars.

I got my phone this March, and protection has been good til last November 17. I've dropped my phone a couple of times and the case protected it well, but in one case, it fell around chest high (around 4ft), and the entire back glass was shattered. I was so disappointed, since I've been using Otterbox in my previous phones.

The case turned colors. I wear black scrubs and after 4 months the case itself is completely discolored. I do clean the phone and case but the discoloration stays. I figured it would've lasted longer.

If you love you phone, don't get this case.. I am a loyal otterbox customer and this is by far the worst product from them I've ever purchased. After only a few months my case has yellowed, peeled and even begun to come apart in places. Not to mention that it provides minimal protection, my screen cracked despite a fall of a few feet. Would not recommend. Skip being able to see the pretty color of your phone and go with a defender...

I've only had my clear case for a few months and it's already yellowed and cracked. I've had symmetry cases before and have never had issues as bad as this. The plastic is flimsy and I attempted to do a warranty claim with no luck. 10/10 do not recommend.

It's been 2 months since a bought this product and guess what happen? It change color the quality it's pretty bad, I used this brand before a different style and this one did not meat my expectations, I try to took the warranty but if says it's too late, even though on the website said that's lifetime, I am very very disappointed.

Love the casing with the flowers. It matchs with everything I wear.

This was given to me as a birthday gift from my son. After about 2 months on my phone the frame and edges turned brown. Looks dirty. Very upset because i loved the design.

I bouth the items like a month ago and the cover that is clear has a dark color an all the borders and the screen protector started to detach from the screen. Really dissapointment since I a pay a high price for both of them for their "durability" but it didnt last a maonth.

My samsung s23 ultra screen shattered falling off a second story building.

I love Otterbox caes for keeping my phones safe, however, this slim case did not save my newest Samsung 23+ Ultra. The sides of the case are lower than the screen height with only the top and bottom slightly higher. My phone fell from waist high, screen down, on my patio. I have two chunks missing and spider cracks throughout the whole screen.

where my hand holds the phone has become dark and dirty looking. I've tried muliple cleaners and can find nothing that will clean this even a little. Not happy.

Case was great at first. After owning it for less than 2 months it's already turning that brown color clear cases get. You would think a company like Otterbox would do better to ensure their products lasted longer.

I bought this case as I have had it before with previous phones. I have a lavender S23 Ultra & I wanted to show off the colour. It has protected my S20 Ultra from damage, so I'm confident it will also be great for my S23 Ultra. The only thing that I don't like is that I've had this case for 6 weeks & it's already got dark streaks on the bottom & sides where I hold the phone. The top is still pristine. I wish that those areas were either more resistant to dirt as I've tried cleaning them & they don't come clean or something that doesn't show the wear as quickly. But otherwise, this is a fantastic case. I've had OtterBox cases for many years & they are really a fantastic product.

Phone looks amazing in this cover, soft material and Low weight, makes this a great product.
