A: Thank you for your inquiry. The material/rattan of the product is indeed waterproof. However, in the case of rainy weather, the water will find its way through the holes in the rattan material, which is also right.

I don't think it's water proof. I see holes right through the rattan so how it can keep things dry? Was there supposed to be a liner? I'm going to get some gorilla seal tape. However they should not say it's water proof. First time it rains all the towels will get wet.
