Description

Cut the fat with the OXO 2-Cup Fat Separator. Pour pan juices or stock through the included strainer attachment and watch the grease rise to the top. The BPA-free, heat-resistant strainer catches unwanted bits while the stopper keeps fat from entering the spout. Once the lean juices have fully separated, remove the strainer and the stopper, and pour. A generous shield prevents juices from spilling over the top. The Separator has a comfortable non-slip handle and bold measurement markings for added convenience. Dishwasher safe.
