This is garbage and not even remotely worth the ridiculous price. Instructions are terrible. Flimsy plastic. Doesn’t work as described. Disappointed because our other Paw Patrol toys have been durable. Would’ve returned it if the dog hadn’t eaten the box it came in.

I’m not dumb and I cannot figure out how to get the elevator to work. This is my second kid and therefore I’ve got toy assembly down - this one makes no sense. Waste of money.

Way overpriced
Pretty disappointing and lackluster. Cheaply made and not worth the price point. Wobbly and hard to use the elevator. The slide doesn’t stay together and Chase never lands in his car like I’m assuming he should. Save your money.

Wouldn't buy again.
Putting the elevator together was a little confusing but the rest of it was easy. The slide and elevator pop off easily and frequently; my kid doesn’t play in one spot and it comes off every time any of us move it. It’s frustrating. I wish I had kept looking and bought something nicer.

Got this as a gift for my paw patrol loving 3 year old. I cannot believe this was $50, I wouldn’t have paid more than $10 for it. The elevator never stays attached and is always jammed. Terrible quality, terrible value.

I should have read the reviews before buying. Pain to put together and the plastic pieces come all warped so they are constantly popping apart. The elevator never works right and is a pain to figure out. Luckily my daughter loves it so it’s (i guess) a win but heed the reviews and spend your money elsewhere.

The elevator works! Just keep trying!
The elevator works! It took us 3 tries of unassembling and reassembling but we got it to slide smoothly up and down. The first two tries it was really hard to push up and down. Apparently there’s a right and wrong way to assemble it so keep trying because it will go together correctly and work! The kids love it. Offers a lot of imaginative play.

If the elevator does not get put on the exact right way it doesn’t work but u managed to get it to go smoothly. I have no idea what I finally did to get it to work but I put it together and pulled it apart about 10 times. My daughter loves it though. This is definitely a toy you put together BEFORE you gift. It took me 45ish min to put together.
