Little fingers beware

Our little one got his finger stuck in a poorly sized cutout hole on one of the flaps! I see now that other reviewers experienced similar- for us it was the chicken page, and took a good amount of careful maneuvering to get him unstuck. Cute book but not worth it given that. Ill probably just tear those flaps put to avoid it happening again- I wouldn't regift it or donate for fear of a little getting hurt.

Fingers can get stuck in cut outs!!

We have several of the Peek a Flap books, but this one is the only one we have had an issue with. The book itself is cute and my son enjoys it, but the cut outs on the barn page were small enough that my 18 month old got his thumb caught in them when he was turning the page. It was really stuck in there! I noticed the page with the chickens has the same size cutout. I put tape over both sides which helps, but I want to warn other parents!
