First, make sure the fan is turned off and unplugged from the charging cable before cleaning. Use a soft brush, the brush attachment on a vacuum, or compressed air to gently remove dust and debris from the vents and front grill. After that, you can wipe the exterior surfaces with a soft, dry cloth. Please avoid using liquids, sprays, or chemical cleaners, and do not attempt to open the fan housing, as this could damage internal components or pose a safety risk. But if the charging cable and fan are plugged into a DC5V, 1A power source a full charge should be achieved in 1-2 hours. Based upon your experience we would encourage you to return this to Target for a new one (or a refund) since the one you received was most likely defective. Even if you do not have the receipt or original packaging, Target should still be able to help you since this is one of their own brands. A: Hello I eat food, This fan is equipped with three speeds. Either the fan is defective or you need to follow these operating steps. First, ensure fan is fully charged, then press once to power on with LOW speed. Blue light on. Second press to set to MEDIUM speed. Blue light on. Third press to set to HIGH speed. Blue light on. The Deal Worthy Personal Handheld Fan is such a handy little gadget! Nice fan but
Got this with a discount, so no complaints at all for the price. It works just fine. Only thing that bugged me was the charging—micro USB feels ancient at this point. Honestly, it should be in a museum. First time I tried to charge it, I accidentally plugged it in upside down (classic micro USB struggle) and it didn’t charge. Once I got it right, it was okay, but yeah… definitely wish it had USB-C.

Junk, doesn't work. Goes in and out and makes loud noise but not doing too much work for 16 dollars. Get something else lol. Like you can hear the fan going in and out . When it blows right its good but it goes out so quick and will stay like low the entire time .

stumbled across this fan in store. after purchasing, opening it, and testing it out, i can say this is an awful fan. you have to hold the fan up SUPER close to your face and have it at the highest speed. awful fan for such a high price. can’t even return it and get a refund because the packaging had to be broken in order to get fan out :(

Not worth the $
It blows air… not a lot, not cold air, and not very far. Even on the highest setting, you’d have to have it about an inch from your face to feel the air… and it WILL latch onto your hair. Definitely not worth 15$.

This helped me survive an outdoor concert in the summer. However, the battery life is not as long as it suggests. It lasted maybe three hours.

Several factors outside the fan itself can affect battery runtime. Environmental conditions like very hot or cold temperatures can also impact how efficiently the battery performs. If airflow is blocked or the fan is placed too close to a wall or object, the motor has to work harder, which can drain the battery faster. To get the longest use between charges, we recommend using lower fan speeds when possible, keeping the fan in a well-ventilated space, and avoiding exposure to extreme temperatures or direct sunlight. If there are not environmental factors affecting the battery runtime and you are using the highest setting you can expect to get 1.5+ hours of use from a full battery charge. So, if you received 3 hours of run time at an outdoor concert using the high setting this would actually be a great battery life length and exceeded our lab testing.
