Q: Exactly how is this item different from the Philips UltraDef version (DPCI: 085-02-4393)? They seem very similar. Also, the specs (not title/descrip) state this is dimmable. Please clarify.

A: Yes, the bulbs you mention are similar in their shape/wattage. Both are also dimmable products. This product is part of our Ultra Efficient line which is our most energy efficient.
