Delicious snack
Simply dry roasted so you can really taste the nutty flavor. Stays fresh for a while, even after opening. Good source for fiber, protein, iron and potassium but I find the saturated fat and sodium is a bit high. The lid makes it convenient to open and pour the kernels out. Average value.

YUCK, I Will Not Buy Again
I have tried the Planters dry roasted sunflower seeds twice, because I can't find the regular roasted sunflower seeds. But this was the last time! I have thrown them out each time after just a handful because they taste rancid. They aren't expired they just taste bad. Maybe it's the crazy additives they put in.

I wanted to try these but had to read the ingredients list first. To my surprise, these kernels are processed with gelatin which was extremely disheartening. No bueno.
