  • A: Target doesn't sell refurbished items in its stores. I actually haven't seen Open Box items. I can't guarantee that NO Target store EVER sells Open Box items, but I tend to seriously doubt it.

Happy that I clicked the Inform me if Item is back in stock. I had wanted this over a year ago when they first released. I just got mine today. Arrived from FedEx Ground and they took a good photo. Along with the trk# being scanned everyday. Surprised it arrived cross-country in 4 days to my door. From when I clicked paid in the app for this. Box wasn't too great but surprisingly the PS5 was fine and working. Nothing broken, or damaged. Just popped in a disc to test run it. Astro game is a digital download from a code on a paper slip. A little disappointed about that. Although it was nice that my waiting paid off because I wanted this bundle for awhile. I wanted brand new and it was. Got to take off all the stickers, cords and unravel the box contents. I was worried it was going to be refurbished or one of those return items where they resell them. So I was willing to go out on a limb when Target had this one box in stock. I didn't think it would turn out this great for me. I'm very happy with my purchase. Shout out to the one Employee who found this in the backrooms and put it up for sell on the site. After they only sold for limited time a year ago and now focused on the ps5 pro and Slim. This was the best gift I bought myself after the first ps5 released during Hard time COVID.

Please check all contents

The ps5 works perfectly! Only thing is this item is supposed to arrive with the Astro Bot full game voucher which when we didn't even notice until we had the ps5 all set up. Also unfortunately i cant ask for them to send the voucher as a replacement item since the ps5 is all marked together as a single item which is unreturnable. If possible can someone please let me know what to do so i can get this fixed. It would be much appreciated.
