Controller came in a white box just wrapped in brown paper. The condition was not bad had a few scratches on it, but when trying to connect to my PlayStation doesn't even work. Returning it already.

It arrived dirty. I didn’t even notice that it was a refurbished controller. I paid almost the same amount for a new one. Very upset that anyone would charge that much for a used controller. Insane and downright robbery around the holidays. I don’t even know if it works. I was too upset to even try. It was a Christmas gift and couldn’t give cuz of the embarrassment.

I am so embarrassed that I gave this as a Christmas gift. I did not open the box and check the controller out upon arrival because I assumed it would be new and not much to see. When it was opened this morning, it was discovered that the rubber on the joy stick is partially worn off from being played with and one of the buttons does not work at all. I will be returning this and hope it is not resold to someone else.

I was surprised to receive this product just in a small box wrapped in a brown paper and not even wrapped in a bubble. I returned it to Target and even the customer service staff was surprised that it came like that and almost didn't want to believe I ordered it from Target online.

Absolutely not, don't ever buy a refurbished controller. Especially not this one. The controller had grease fingerprints and crusted food of some sort on the controller when it came. It looks disgusting and dusty. There's crust of some sort all over the controller and it's got small dents and scratches. Better off paying retail price for it or somewhere else, because this was not it. It was supposed to be a gift and you can't just hand someone this crusty controller with grease fingerprints on it. It would have been better had it been thoroughly cleaned but even then I don't think it would have been worth it.

The “refurbished” ps5 controller arrived in packaging you would expect from a personal seller, not a company. The controller was very dirty. After I cleaned and charged the controller, I tested it out and discovered one of the buttons was hard to push and made a loud click sound. I’m glad Target accepted the return with no issues.

Meant to order a new remote from target website but turns out it was a refurbished one from this 3rd party store. I get that it was a refurbished item sent but the fact the shop would send out such a dirty remote surprises me. Controller was covered in the oil your hands leave behind, random black hairs, and just dust and grime. The fact that this place considered this acceptable for a paying customer surprises me.

Far from a “manufacturer” refurb. Item showed up in plain white box, too small for the controller so the sticks where crammed in at an angle. Immediate stick drift out of the box with barely any attempt to even clean the surface of the controller. Spend the extra money and buy new. This merchant should be ashamed.
