Soooo refurb....almost same price as new
It arrived dirty. I didn’t even notice that it was a refurbished controller. I paid almost the same amount for a new one. Very upset that anyone would charge that much for a used controller. Insane and downright robbery around the holidays. I don’t even know if it works. I was too upset to even try. It was a Christmas gift and couldn’t give cuz of the embarrassment.

Sold a used and broken controller
I am so embarrassed that I gave this as a Christmas gift. I did not open the box and check the controller out upon arrival because I assumed it would be new and not much to see. When it was opened this morning, it was discovered that the rubber on the joy stick is partially worn off from being played with and one of the buttons does not work at all. I will be returning this and hope it is not resold to someone else.

Absolutely not, don't ever buy a refurbished controller. Especially not this one. The controller had grease fingerprints and crusted food of some sort on the controller when it came. It looks disgusting and dusty. There's crust of some sort all over the controller and it's got small dents and scratches. Better off paying retail price for it or somewhere else, because this was not it. It was supposed to be a gift and you can't just hand someone this crusty controller with grease fingerprints on it. It would have been better had it been thoroughly cleaned but even then I don't think it would have been worth it.

The “refurbished” ps5 controller arrived in packaging you would expect from a personal seller, not a company. The controller was very dirty. After I cleaned and charged the controller, I tested it out and discovered one of the buttons was hard to push and made a loud click sound. I’m glad Target accepted the return with no issues.

Dont buy
Meant to order a new remote from target website but turns out it was a refurbished one from this 3rd party store. I get that it was a refurbished item sent but the fact the shop would send out such a dirty remote surprises me. Controller was covered in the oil your hands leave behind, random black hairs, and just dust and grime. The fact that this place considered this acceptable for a paying customer surprises me.
