I love the small wings and how absorbent they are. I did not feel uncomfortable wearing them for a long period of time and had no problem wearing while sleeping as well.

After two kids I have occasionally especially with sneezing, I also prone to kidney stones and these pads really help with bladder leakage. They are actually more comfortable than I thought they would be, even forgot I had it on. They have channels to keep the liquid from running out and wings that hold to underwear better. Absorbed well to keep wetness off of you. These would also be good for heavy menstrual use. I would definitely recommend this product.

They are quite long, so if you have a problem with leakage while sleeping these fill that need. The fit is comfortable and not too thick. I like that these had max absorption with as thin as they are. They were able to handle the heaviest of my period.

I have very mild bladder leakage at this point, so I am good with a daily light bladder control liner. These are definitely geared towards individuals with moderate to severe urinary incontinence. The pads are very large and full coverage, and I really appreciate the wings to help keep things in place. Despite their size, they are still comfortable and not very noticeable once you get used to them. If you are already used to wearing any kind of period pad, you shouldn't have any issue with these. I don't know that I'm anywhere close to needing something this heavy duty, but it's nice to have for the rare times I have a really bad cold & am coughing all day. I have zero bladder control when that happens, so these will be perfect. Overall, I think you will be happy with these. Just be aware that they are going to be overkill for anything less than moderate urinary incontinence.

Just make sure you have on cotton underwear. It's pretty seamless and didn't show thru my scrub bottoms. The absorbency is really good for accidents especially. Gave my mom one to use on a flight as she suffers from stress incontinence and leakage. It was a hit!!! And she's pretty hard to satisfy ☺️

It held up with my tossing around, absorbed well, and didn’t cause my skin to itch if the sticky part got on me (which is a MAJOR PLUS for me).

I'm not quite yet a 5, but that's all that was available, but they still worked very well. I like that they have wings so they stay in place. They're not bulky, so you can't tell that you have them on. I like that they're long, especially for nighttime use. They didn't irritate my skin as some pads I've used before have whether they're incontinence or menstrual pads. I'd definitely buy these if needed, but in a lower number. However, when it comes to odor control, it's not its strong attribute. Did not have it on all day, and there still was an odor, but only from sweating? Maybe it was just me. Sometimes, items like these pads are not for everyone but work for most. I would say worth the try for others.
