Fut and reliability are most important

The extra tabs at the back make the pad seem noticeable if they were to be worn during daytime. The pad is mostly reliable with absorbing but can allow leaks as it does not absorb gushes.

Reliable Overnight Protection

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This isnt the easiest subject to share details on, but its facts of my life. I have multiple sclerosis and bladder dysfunction. There is no warning when my bladder barges in on the urethra and says,Let's go!" I have used the full coverage underwear replacement but fo und it uncomfortable for mr.e. The elastic "panty" made me feel like everyone knew and what i bu t when i tried Poise extra long, 8 drop or heavy leakage pads, i felt unchained from my self-imposed isolation. These Poise pads sre wonderful. I feel that they are unnoticeable. The comfort was unexpected and the absorption was A+. They pull up easily and in place without shifting or bunching. I can wear the poise pad with confidence with snug exercise. The Poise 8 drop pas are able to hold a lot of liquid and the wings help to keep the pad stable and leak resistence. Ive shared them with my 93 y.o. mom. She is loving them.

Stop Fixing Things That Aren't Broke

I need to start with how these pads leave an absolutely horrendous smell if not taken directly outside once thrown away. This started when Poise decided to remove the purple lining from the pads. Ever since Poise decided to fix something that wasn't broken these pads have completely gone down hill. First off these (like all feminine products) are designed for the women who are skinny to "average" height and weight. Like the fashion industry larger women are (if we're lucky) an after thought. The adhesive sticks to everything *but* clothing. They slide all over the place because neither the wings nor the adhesive hold the pad where it needs to be. The "gush zone" is too far forward on the pad for my build there for virtually useless to me. (I don't know how any woman using these pads can successfully utilize said gush zone.) Since these "gush zone" pads leave me feeling wet and uncomfortable I have switched to a competing national brand which disappoints me because no other brand has wings like Poise.

Reliable overnight coverage without the bulk.

Coverage is solid front to back, no leaking even on heavier nights, and the ultra thin design means I forget I'm wearing one. Adhesive stays put through the night, no bunching or shifting.
