  • A: Hello! TENA Sensitive Care Ultimate Absorbency – Extra Coverage pads are designed for heavier leaks and can hold up to about 2½ standard soda cans worth of liquid (maximum capacity). To help put that into perspective, an average bladder can hold about the amount of one standard soda can. So these pads are designed to manage more than 1 bladder releases and still provide protection. For best comfort and skin health, we recommend changing the pad when it reaches about half of its maximum capacity, rather than waiting until it’s completely full.

Great product

I bought about a month ago and happy I did. They absorb well. Due to mobility issues and being in a wheelchair, going to a restroom in public is not doable. These help until I get back home.

Causing me to break out a rash

I love the softness and the fluffiness of the pad. But I wanna know the all the ingredients that are used to make it a so-called irritant free pad. I have been breaking out in a rash every time I put one of these things on and it’s driving me crazy. I’ve been looking everywhere to get all of the ingredients and can’t find it.

Pads for comfort and pleasure

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used many pads for both pleasure, comfort, and release as necessary. I am a Crossdresser and a large part of my dressing pleasure is wearing comfortable and reliable pads in my panties. I will always wear only the Tena Overnight Sensitive pads.

I dislike this product because the packaging saying for overnight use we use them around the clock and changes her frequently. But the thin plastic on the bottom of the pad that attaches to the underwear does not hold up and It allows urine to leakage. Durability and absorbency is not good at all.

With appreciation

These have really helped me manage my new condition caused by radiation treatments. I know this is controversial for some, but in my case, having absorption “ wings” would be so incredibly helpful and appreciated.
