Q: Please tell me - do these pads have a frangrance of any kind? And - what is the top layer that states it is soft and breathable. Cotton?

A: Hello, thank you for your question! Our TENA Sensitive Care Pads use a Nonwoven material designed to be “supersoft”. It is designed to allow fluid & air to travel through it easily and we recently added our Skin Comfort Formula to the material to reduce friction against the skin. There are NO fragrances added to the material. We, and every other supplier, intentionally do NOT use cotton as it holds moisture against the skin leading to skin issues.

Don’t fix what isn’t broken
I’ve been a faithful Tena user for 10 years … recently I’ve been having an overflow issue… Í leak constantly.. Í did notice that some new “sensitive “ makeover was initiated on the overnight pads I’ve used for years …I realized that whatever was done has now ruined the pads causing the constant leakage. I thought I was going crazy …. please please stop fixing what isn’t broken. I now have to wear TWO pads to try and not leak . Will be looking for other alternatives…

Not as I had hoped.
The length and width are very good. Also the adhesive. My main complaint; the fluffy filler clumps when wet, making the pad uncomfortable. After the pad clumps it doesn't absorb additional liquid. Not particularly helpful in situations where unable to immediately change to a new pad.

Adhesive strips stick in my panties.
I have been using the Tena Overnight Sensitive pads for a few years and have been very with them. But lately, some of the adhesive strips rip away from the pads and stick to the inside of my panties. Is there an easy method for removing those sticky strips on the inside of my panties?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using Tena Sensitive Overnight pads for over a year now. The moment I opened the first pad and extended it, I knew these were the pads for me. The size, the shape, the softness and the shape, they all work perfectly for me. I am a crossdresser and I always were these pads while dressed. When I’m not dressed up, I’m still wearing panties with two of these fantastic pads. I wear the wide portion in the front to protect from any drips or squirts. What goes in the pads, stays in the pads…not in my panties.

Feel so good.
I started using the Tena Sensitive Overnight Pads over a year ago. I doubt that I will ever change. I’m a Crossdresser and I love absolutely absorbing, smooth, large they are. Even when I’m not dressed up, I wear them in my panties because they feel so good and make me feel so good. When I wear them, it’s two at a time with the wider part in front. They help me to feel fem. Thank you.

Not good for incontinence
I bought these bladder pads about a month ago after seeing the advertisement. The pads are not absorbent and the plastic shield/liner is very thin. It very cheaply made.
