I got a box of poly grip but it’s suppose to come with 2 tubes in it and it only had 1 tube in a double box missing a tube

I couldn't figure out for a while why we were having to purchase so often. We have been using for years, until I spoke with someone who said notice that the tube has lots of air and less Adhesive. It's absolutely true! They are putting air in the tube to appear full, very sad and poor customer service to take advantage of people who purchase their products.

This adhesive works well and I have a few helpful hints about it.. it took me a while to figure out the do’s and don’ts for this stuff but in the end I like it better than any others I’ve bought and I get a secure all day hold! So, first things first- always have a dry denture. I skim a cotton swab over mine first just to make sure it’s dry. -will not give a strong hold that lasts all day otherwise. This is gonna sound weird but I also like to put a clean rag in my mouth held up to my palate to soak up any moisture from the palate because I’m telling you the drier your mouth is the better this stuff works! I love the texture and it almost seems “cusiony” compared to the gel type. It also removes better imo. The same concept with a dry mouth applied when removing this stuff. Do not rinse your mouth to try to get the remnants off because you will be removing this stuff little by little and for about 10 minutes if you do. However if you have a dry mouth (just don’t rinse mouth out), this stuff literally removes so fast and all in one big glob. Love that this is zinc free! Don’t apply too much or it does ooze out just like any other adhesive but if you follow these steps it will be your new favorite! :)
