The cold cream is a classic cleanser, perfect when you live somewhere with hard water, and using a cleanser that you have to wash off with water isn't ideal. Cream cleansers are convenient to use because I just leave it in bed. On days when I'm tired and having a flare up for mobility issues, this makes it easy to clean my face without having to stand over a sink and the container is easy to open even if I don't twist the lid on all the way and it doesnt make a mess since it's not liquid. It moisturizes my face, and I can just use a tissue to wipe off and go to sleep.

A good way to remove makeup! I would definitely follow behind this with a foaming cleanser to remove the residue, however this works wonders on removing makeup— even water proof! It does have a smell but it is very light.

My late mum used this and I got the habit from her, but you have messed with a product that didn’t need fixing and now it’s horrible. The smell isn’t the same, the texture is greasy and it doesn’t work as well. After decades using Ponds, I’m looking elsewhere.

Please don’t stop making this cold cream. Never put Propylene Glycol in it. Highly allergic to it. And make a Dry Skin Moisturizer in unscented or fragrance free!

After using Pond’s moisturizer for years (like my mother before me!) I used this cleanser and had terrible dermatitis: redness, itching, dryness, and swelling. I even tried a new container to make sure it wasn’t just one batch. I searched and saw that other people have had the same issue. I’m trying to figure out which ingredient is causing this for me. Hope it works fine for others!

It smells really good and it is super smooth! Honestly, I don't use it very often though because it's not good if uou have oily skin and it isn't very effective at taking off makeup. I generally have to go in with another cleanser afterwards!

To be honest, not my favorite. Had high hopes after learning it is considered a “tried and true” product, but my expectations were not met. Yes it feels good on the skin, but I I feel like it doesn’t come off. I used with my cleansing wand and it was a nightmare to remove from those bristles.

My grandma always swore by ponds cold cream, and it’s all I use! It removes makeup better than anything and does not hurt your eyes at all!! It doesn’t dry your skin out either, please don’t ever change it. I love the scent too, it reminds me of my grandma who has since passed away! Keep this product forever please! :)
