The mask itself is made from non-woven cotton, each heat cell contains iron powder, vermiculite, activated carbon, salt, and water - all naturally occurring ingredients. The mask is naturally chamomile scented and free from artificial ingredients.
How it works?
When the pouch is opened, the iron powder inside heat cells reacts with oxygen in the air causing it to heat up gently. The mask reached a maximum temperature of 100.4 degrees Fahrenheit or 38 degrees Celsius and stays at the temperature for at least 20 minutes.

Perfect when im travelling
I use starry eyes, when I travel, perfect to relax and have a rested sleep on my business jouneys. The heat from these masks is so soothing on my eyes. Also use if I have a headache taking the strain off my eyes. Definityly the best heated masks!!!

I bought these and didn't know what to expect but like the "hot hands" warmers, the mask heated up nicely and provided a gentle warmth for my eyes. I adjusted the mask slightly a few times to warm my forehead/temple areas. The mask was pretty comfortable, a good size, and stayed warm for at least 10 minutes as the package suggests. However- it did take a little bit for the mask to fully heat up so don't assume you got a bad one if it isn't completely hot in 30 secconds! I would definitely get this as a little gift for for gift bags.

Finally Sleeping
I’ve never written a review in my life but these are so amazing. My optometrist suggested I start using a heated eye mask to help with my clogged tear ducts and dry eye. I’ve also always suffered from insomnia and migraines. I was looking for a reusable eye mask and could only find these. While I wasn’t excited about the price, these things are so worth it. The first night I fell asleep the quickest I’ve fallen asleep in years. They help with my migraines as well. I’m so happy I found these.

Good Heat Output
I have been using these to help with my dry eyes. They heat up quickly and stay warm for longer than the reusable ones I have tried. Too pricey and feels wasteful to use as regularly as I need so I switch between these and reusable. I also find the heat soothing around sinus and forehead area.

Slightly eases migraine pain
I used these during a migraine, and they did help, but the effect isn’t amazing. They helped ease the pain behind my eyes during a migraine, so I could get sleep, but the relief was short term and not complete. The fit of the mask is kind of weird and feels a bit weird around the nose.
