Pregmate pregnancy tests detect human pregnancy hormone in urine.
The accuracy of home pregnancy test results vary from woman to woman. Each woman ovulates at a different time in her menstrual cycle. The average implantation time is 9 days past ovulation. Q: Are these as reliable as the test sticks? I just can't believe the price... 50 tests for $16 whereas 3 test sticks are $10? Whats the catch?

A: Yes, they are. These have a 99% chance of getting an accurate result.
submitted byTargetShopper - 1 year agoA: These are accurate and very minimal. The tests are small and don't have the extra plastic edges that the normal ones have. Personally I prefer these little ones. Accurate and less waste.

A: The earliest this test can be used is 4 days before you expect your period. If you want to test as early as possible, but want to make sure you are getting the most accurate reading, test the day your next period is supposed to begin - you will have a 99% chance of getting an accurate result.

Q: Can you pee directly on these?

A: No, urine may be collected in any clean, dry plastic or glass container. Then remove the test strip from the sealed pouch, immerse the strip into the urine with the arrow pointing towards the urine, and take the strip out after 5 seconds.

So far everything is great with the tests, I got the mixed bag of both pregnancy and ovulation, and only a few tests were defected, fell apart after soaked in the fluid or was already ripped. But other than those few strips I haven’t had any problems

Works, later detection than most
Generous about of tests given the price. It did detect my second pregnancy, but not until 3 days after my missed period. That could have been my body though too, it’s hard to say! I would use again.

Do not buy.
Horrible quality, don’t know why they’re rated so high. All other tests were clear. Pic is from this morning & top is pregmate, bottom is clear blue. I have been using Pregmate for 2 days and both lines have been faint & inconsistent when all other tests are clearly visible. Not worth the anxiety of these horrible tests.
