The Premier Pet™ Automatic Multi Laser Cat Toy keeps your cat active and entertained with two fun and interactive lasers to chase. After installing the batteries (not included), turn the toy on with the push of a button, and the two lasers will begin rotating around the top at random speeds while shifting up and down. These random movements encourage your cat to chase and pounce as he/she tries to catch the red dots. After 15 minutes of playtime, the toy will automatically shut off to let your cat rest, and it can be turned back on at any time. Q: The lights come on in mine and flash but it does not rotate. I tried taking the batteries out and holding the power button but that didn't do anything.

Q: I'd there anything that can be done when the laser lights stop working? Our kittens love it but it didn't last 2 months before burning out.

A: Thank you for asking about this, Nichole! We're sorry to hear your kittens' toy is no longer operating, but it's very possible this may be resolved quickly. We would recommend removing the batteries from the unit, and pressing the button on the unit down for 10-15 seconds with no batteries inside. Once this is done, place three brand new, name brand non-rechargeable alkaline AA batteries correctly aligned in the unit, and attempt to turn it on again. If the lights still do not come on, please get in touch with our Customer Care team. Our number is 1-866-381-2785, and our hours are Monday through Friday 8 A.M.- 7 P.M. EST.

My cat absolutely loved the thing—for two months then the lasers stopped working. It still spins but the lasers have burned out. Replaced the batteries and still nothing. Cat is now upset

This is not worth of your money at all, it came up not working and I wanted to return it but instead they give you a gift card for it. make sure you know what your cat love before buying. My cat loves catching lights but after buying it I was really concerned that this one would not be for her at all. The lights goes fast and she can’t catch it so she become very upset

Found out my dog was obsessed with laser lights at a dog bar and this worked out perfectly. She is addicted to it and will just stare at it and attack it even when it’s not on. This got can definitely handle a beating.

My cats love this thing! they can both play at the same time with the dual lasers. the toy squeaks terribly though and I can't find a way to see what's wrong or if WD40 may help. the motor is relatively quiet compared to a similar toy they had for 10+ years, but you can definitely hear it from another room.

I have two 2-yr old bengals and even though they have each other, they often want me to play with them. This gives me a break! It's especially good at night or with lights off so they can really see the lasers! They move quickly too so it's challenging.

There are two laser pointers that do go in different directions but not in all these crazy patterns it says. It's pretty basic. They are also pointed outwards so the lasers are on the wall instead of on the floor. It would have been better if at least one of them were inward. It doesn't excite her. The toy doesn't even give her time to almost get it so she just sat there watching it shortly before walking away. She became more interested in where the laser was coming from. On a positive note, this does stay on the full fifteen minutes and is a quiet toy. It has a really nice sleek look to it too. Not terrible, just disappointing.

There are 2 different lasers, one on each side. Then it rotates in a circle. They are definitely getting their exercise in now.

It definitely has good distance and helps her get exercise. Easy to use and turn on by just pushing a button. Love that it turns off its self as well. Best when used in a big open area otherwise the light hits furniture and jumps fast or the cat loses it. Already recommended it to my sister in law for her cat!
