We're sorry to hear your cat's toy is not operating! It does sound as if the unit may not be correctly registering its current batteries, or that they batteries may be low. We would recommend removing the batteries from the unit, then pressing and holding the button on the unit down for 10-15 seconds with no batteries inside. Once this is done, place brand new, name brand, non-rechargeable alkaline batteries into the unit, and test it again. If this does not resolve the issue, please contact our live support team. Stopped working
My cat absolutely loved the thing—for two months then the lasers stopped working. It still spins but the lasers have burned out. Replaced the batteries and still nothing. Cat is now upset

Do not buy
This is not worth of your money at all, it came up not working and I wanted to return it but instead they give you a gift card for it. make sure you know what your cat love before buying. My cat loves catching lights but after buying it I was really concerned that this one would not be for her at all. The lights goes fast and she can’t catch it so she become very upset

My dog loves if!
Found out my dog was obsessed with laser lights at a dog bar and this worked out perfectly. She is addicted to it and will just stare at it and attack it even when it’s not on. This got can definitely handle a beating.

Quality control issue
My cats love this thing! they can both play at the same time with the dual lasers. the toy squeaks terribly though and I can't find a way to see what's wrong or if WD40 may help. the motor is relatively quiet compared to a similar toy they had for 10+ years, but you can definitely hear it from another room.

Great toy for high energy cats
I have two 2-yr old bengals and even though they have each other, they often want me to play with them. This gives me a break! It's especially good at night or with lights off so they can really see the lasers! They move quickly too so it's challenging.

Disappointing
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had high hopes for this interactive cat toy. Unfortunately it was not what I had expected and did not work out with my cat. There are two laser pointers that do go in different directions but not in all these crazy patterns it says. It's pretty basic. They are also pointed outwards so the lasers are on the wall instead of on the floor. It would have been better if at least one of them were inward. It doesn't excite her. The toy doesn't even give her time to almost get it so she just sat there watching it shortly before walking away. She became more interested in where the laser was coming from. On a positive note, this does stay on the full fifteen minutes and is a quiet toy. It has a really nice sleek look to it too. Not terrible, just disappointing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have 2 Savannah cats, they are brother and sister. They absolutely love this automatic multi laser. They chase it for hours! There are 2 different lasers, one on each side. Then it rotates in a circle. They are definitely getting their exercise in now.
