Description
Each Premier Protein Shakes contains 30 grams of protein, complete with all of the essential amino acids, 1g sugar, 4g carbs, 160 calories, 24 vitamins & minerals, and is also low in fat. We use proprietary blend of milk protein, casein and whey protein in our shakes to help fuel muscles quickly and for several hours to help support your goals. Enjoy shake as a meal replacement or a healthy snack. They are perfect for the breakfast on-the -go and afternoon snack, or as a pre-or-post workout fuel. Fantastic taste both by itself and in coffee. My favorite way to drink this shake is mixed with coffee to add more protein to my regular breakfast. It’s delicious and filling. I put this in my work backpack in case I have to have some of the gross coffee in the office. It covers the coffee flavor really well! This shake doesn’t have that chemical vanilla flavor in my opinion it tastes like real vanilla.

my mother is now 94 and in her 4th year bedridden with poor appetite. she is healthier because of this exceptional nutrient product which tastes better and is more digestible than other similar products. price is worth the benefits. for many months now she has one in the morning and one in the evening. she likes vanilla but likes chocolate even more. we warm it in microwave with a packet of hot chocolate.

Not a fan of protein shakes but I got my wisdom teeth removed and this helps so much. I felt a little full after having one. It taste like sweetened milk! I drank mine room temp and they were perfect. I absolutely love it 10/10 recommend and it’s a little cheaper than the others.
