Name is spot on, super smooth and tasty!

The taste is okay, and these are a good alternative to dairy-based protein shakes. However, recently the package seems to have changed and every single shake has been leaking while drinking them which is inconvenient and messy. If it weren’t for the packaging, I would recommend these.

For a non-dairy protein drink this is absolutely fantastic. It’s smooth, not gritty at all which most of the powders are. This is not too sweet. I use this as a creamer for my coffee and add it to my shakes.

advertised as allergy free but it gave my son a severe allergic reaction. he has tree nut allergies. I SUSPECT THIS PRODUCT IS CONTAMINATED WITH ALLERGENS/TREE NUTS. NEVER BUY THIS PRODUCT IF YOU HAVE FOOD ALLERGIES

Low expectations going in but really enjoyed this protein option. Used in coffee and it tasted great. Similar to a vanilla frosted cupcake in flavor.

I've been drinking protein shakes for 10+ years, have tried all the brands. I have had other OWYN products before. This is the first shake that made me physically ill- within 30 min-1 hour, extreme stomach pain, nauseau, etc. Unfortunately, this lasted for several hours, so badly that I had to leave work. I have no existing food allergies, IBS or other GI conditions. It happened after the first shake, and I wasn't sure if it was the shake or the other food I'd eaten around the same time. Had a second shake several days later, same problem. Not sure if it's the pea protein or the sweetnener, but I am no longer purchasing OWYN shakes.

I don’t like a chalky, vitamin taste, and this is so smooth and creamy. I mix it with an iced coffee & it is like CRACK might as well call me Dave Chappelle cause GOTTTT dang 🤩 can’t wait to have another tomorrow. Just wish they were bigger packs.

"Only What You Need" is what it says on the label. Well apparently that includes flavor. I bought a bunch of these since Target had a deal and they taste AWFUL! Probably the worst protein shake I have ever had.

Ok for a plant based shake

I've purchase these shakes for years from different retailers. I see some reviews on other sites that the shakes were so thick they had to squeeze them out of the package. The batch I just bought had the consistency of water. For years these always had a good stable consistency. Not too watery or too thick. Not sure what's happening.

I need a little boost to get enough protein in my diet, and these are IT for me. I'm lactose-intolerant, but not a millionaire, so I kept buying milk-based shakes just because they were cheaper, even though they made my stomach hurt. But THESE are actually an okay price for their category, so I figured I'd try them... and I was pleasantly surprised! Vanilla is the best in my opinion, followed by dark chocolate. Cookies & cream was unfortunately kind of gross. Do they taste AS good as milk-based shakes? Not really, but they definitely don't taste bad either - it's not a struggle to drink them; I actually like them all right. I can taste a little bit of aftertaste from the monk fruit extract (not a fan lol), but because they're partially sweetened with sugar, it's not as off-putting as shakes with zero sugar. They've balanced nutrition and flavor better than most nondairy protein shakes.

I just love this refreshing taste and extremely enjoy all the benefits inside. Its full of greens with 5g of fiber which my tummy is thankful for😊 plus it has other great ingredients its almost like a snake it has everything in it. Love them totally will keep buying them. Thanks

Excellent plant based protein drinks

I love these, in the vanilla and the chocolate but only the 20g protein type. My nutritionist recommended them when dental work prevented me from most food for several months. I’m vegetarian so I don’t mind that other protein shakes have whey but I can’t stand fake sweeteners and this is the only kind I’ve found that doesn’t have sucralose or aspartame or Stevia. They are great on their own or to make smoothies. I do like the version that’s meant as a meal (it has added vitamins and is a bit thicker) but they’ve gotten difficult to find. I do NOT like the 32g protein version of OWYN, in any of the flavors. Those taste artificial to me. I will warn you to not let these freeze as they get chunky and never quite reblend correctly.

I really like this shake’s flavor and the amount of protein in the shake. Great in my coffee.
