If I don't have time for breakfast (I teach special needs kiddos full time and coach/teach yoga part time, so I *almost* never have time), I like to pour this into my coffee or coldbrew as a protein-fueled start to my mjorning. These are tough to drink. They're too thick - almost in a gooey way (I think from the oils in them), and have a bitter, strange taste. I had to mix them with equal parts cold water to be able to drink them. I won't be buying again.

I do NOT recommend these drinks for anyone ago want to east healthy of has any food sensitivity of stomach issues. I immediately felt nauseous after drinking this drink. I tried another one a few days later just to make sure and the same response. it has sunflower oil in here and “natural flavors” it does not specify either how much of each ingredient it has so again if you have any type of stomach sensitivity, then I would avoid this drink or but a single to try 1st

While this did curb my cravings, it was not because it tasted very off-putting and made me slightly nauseous. I appreciate the clean ingredients, but the flavor was just difficult to enjoy. It was also quite thick, which I normally wouldn't mind but when combined with the taste, made it more difficult to swallow.

NOT "major allergen free" apparently
I have a severe nut allergy. Despite being marketed as “major allergen free” these sent me into anaphylaxis. I have had this brand multiple times and had no issues, which just makes me think they don’t monitor the quality as well as they claim to. I have a coworker who doesn’t have a single allergy who these recently caused severe abdominal pain and vomiting for.

As a vegan, I’ve tried just about every protein shake option. These are fantastic. I like the flavor and thickness. I have other brands I like to make smoothies with for a different flavor or consistency, but these were all I drank after a major surgery. They were the highest protein, with zero sugar, decent fiber, and an easy meal substitute. I’ve had many friends - herbivores and carnivores alike - try them and everyone appreciated them as a great option. I send them to others in recovery from surgeries - when we need to up our proteins and lower our sugars the most, this does it. Drink them cold, add them to a coffee, or blend them with your favorite smoothie adds.
