When practical, cleanse the affected area by patting or blotting with an appropriate cleansing wipe. Gently dry by patting or blotting with a tissue or a soft cloth before insertion of this product. Detach one suppository from the strip; remove the foil wrapper before inserting into the rectum as follows: hold suppository with rounded end up; as shown, carefully separate foil tabs by inserting tip of fingernail at end marked peel down; slowly and evenly peel apart (do not tear) foil by pulling tabs down both sides, to expose the suppository; remove exposed suppository from wrapper; insert one suppository into the rectum up to 4 times daily, especially at night, in the morning or after each bowel movement.Children Under 12 Years of Age

Actual relief!

The active ingredient is a vasoconstrictor, which significantly improves the symptoms of hemorrhoidal symptoms. The suppositories are packaged individually, which is very helpful. Not to mention you get 24 suppositories at an excellent price. I highly recommend this product

Works fast
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Perpetration H suppositories are a great over the counter method of getting rid of pesky problems especially after giving birth. While no one wants these issues. If you find your self in need this brand is highly recommended. In my experience you get relief overnight and this is the only brand I turn to. Highly recommend.

First relief I have had in two months!!!

If only I had tried the Preparation-H suppositories first! They soothed my internal hemorrhoids and I can finally sit without stabbing, sharp pulsating pain. Their cream for external hemorrhoids works wonders as well!

It provided relief from some minor it hi g and swelling caused by hemorrhoids irritation. It was easy to use and provided quick relief and comfort. Best for use at night for overnight relief.

It really works
Suppositories not only relief the pain but also make it easy to go to the bathroom because is like oily. Have to take 3-4 a day especially at night before sleep and in the morning. I was screaming every time I went to the bathroom but now is painless.

Relief! Instant!
I had a painful bowel movement today and I have hemorrhoids, I decided I would use a suppository and was glad I did. Instant relief I felt .This product really works . I used it today the first time and like this better than the ointment. It was very easy to insert and didn't hurt . I watched the video on your website and YouTube channel ,I watched it and was very easy to put in . It was cooling and slid In easily . It melted fast and it works.

Life saving.!
I bought these a month and a half ago and I’m so grateful that I did.! I had internal hemorrhoids and it hurt to go and itch really bad after EVERY bowel movement.! After buying these I have had beyond relief I have had in a year.! It stopped hurting when I go and that itself surprises me because of the relief ( haven’t had it in a while ) but I still have a lot of itching after every bowel movement but after a shower and putting these in I feel nothing.! And they are very easy to insert.! I’m veryyyy thankful for these and their preparation H wipes.!

Not very helpful
Been using this every night for 6 months due to internal, and external hemrroids. I have been using the one with coco butter, but it has not helped. The ingredients must have changed? I have used it for 6 months. My Doctor is prescribing something else to help with internal hemrroids.
