When practical, cleanse the affected area by patting or blotting with an appropriate cleansing wipe. Gently dry by patting or blotting with a tissue or a soft cloth before insertion of this product. Detach one suppository from the strip; remove the foil wrapper before inserting into the rectum as follows: Hold suppository with the rounded end up. As shown, carefully separate foil tabs by inserting tip of fingernail at end marked "peel down". Slowly and evenly peel apart (do not tear) foil by pulling tabs down both sides, to expose the suppository. Remove exposed suppository from the wrapper. Insert one suppository into the rectum up to 4 times daily, especially at night, in the morning or after each bowel movement.Children Under 12 Years of Age

I suffered with an internal hemmy for a long and time and this was my last attempt for relief. Worked overnight and no issues the next day! Learn your food triggers to avoid flare ups. For me it’s absolutely nuts and popcorn. Stay far away from those and I’m good! Hope this helps someone else!

This was life changing for me. I was suffering for months with fissures which led to hemorrhoids. I would be up some nights in pain and worrying about my next visit to the bathroom. After about two weeks of using this everything is so much better! I started by using it around four times a day and now I’m just doing it once a day. No pain, easy bowl movements, I can sleep and I don’t have to plan when I’m going to use the bathroom to deal with the pain.

While no one wants these issues. If you find your self in need this brand is highly recommended. In my experience you get relief overnight and this is the only brand I turn to. Highly recommend.

It provided relief from some minor it hi g and swelling caused by hemorrhoids irritation. It was easy to use and provided quick relief and comfort. Best for use at night for overnight relief.

I have had severe pain for a few days with a thrombolized hemorrhoid. I was crying so much, I felt scared to sit on the toilet or even pass gas. This is AMAZING! I have only used it for one day and I had so much more local relief than any of my prescriptions provided. 10/10 recommend. Bought this with the lidocaine spray.
