This doesn't have a roasted garlic flavor. This sauce tastes like ketchup. Its a thick pure', no chunks, not a bad thing but i prefer chunks of tomato in a marinara, a pizza sauce is best with out chunks. The tomato flavor is rich, but in a very cheap way. I am very displeased. Should have added more garlic, basil ,and oregano. Thanks for not adding sugar, but the tomatoes you chose for this sauce are not sweet enough.

This can be used in a vegetable dish, over oven roasted chicken, in an egg frittata, smothered on zucchini then baked. All yummy goodness with a balanced flavor profile.
