His Royal Badness At Work!
Finally, a full studio album from The Purple One's vault. This is a funky and soulful album with lyrics only His Royal Badness could deliver. Incredible to believe the lyrics and themes in these songs are relevant in today's American life even though they were written ten years ago. Vinyl sound is incredible and does contain a downlod card to receive mp3 files of the album. Beautiful packaging deserving of Prince's legacy.

Clear exclusive vinyl sounds terrible.
I’m not sure if this clear vinyl is 180 gram…but, it sure has a lot of surface noise. I’ve returned two different copies. I’m going to try the standard black vinyl since I know it’s also 180 gram weight.

Something here for most Prince Fans
Originally planned as a follow up his ‘20Ten’ project, Prince’s 'Welcome 2 America' is a very good album. Featuring 12 tracks playing in less than a hour. Thick clear/silver colored vinyl is cool….Almost looks platinum. Unlike some of Prince's other albums (Rave un2 for example), this isn't an overblown affair. Music is spread across 3 vinyl sides, and the free Digital Download was very nice. It's a very good project that seems to have something for everyone. Definitely a nice addition to the collection.
