This protein was not the greatest. It was dry and grainy. There was some crunchy pieces and could not taste the cookie dough flavors. Tasted more like chocolate.

At 270 calories I feel it was well worth the calories and the 20 grams of protein was a big plus. The chocolate covering was very tasty. The bar is very large and could be split and used as two snacks. This was my first experience with a plant based protein bar and I will definitely purchase it again.

They were hard on my teeth and got stuck uncomfortably between my teeth afterwards. In terms of flavor, they were similar to every other plant-based protein bar I have tried previously. I think if flavor is not a huge priority and you would rather focus on the benefits, then this is a great product to try.

That means I need some real help getting in calories and protein post-workout and throughout the day to keep myself strong and energized for myself and those around me.
