Comfortable but poorly built

I really liked the look and feel of these (based on other reviews I ordered a size 7 when I usually wear 7.5) but the shoes arrived looking very messy. It looked like it was hastily glued together and thrown into the box. See the attached pictures of the wrinkled fabric and small dents that could not have occurred during shipping since the box was undamaged. I'm going to order another pair and hope that it's properly put together. 5/5 look, comfort, and balance 4/5 fit: I ordered half a size smaller than I usually wear based on customer reviews and that worked. 2/5 assembly: wrinkled fabric, dents in the heel
